With particular reference to company secretarial functions, we advise our corporate clients on a wide range of issues on corporate governance especially the conduct of board or members’ meetings, issuance of notices for general meetings especially extra-ordinary general meetings, assisting in drafting resolutions on complex issues, filing of returns and corporate documents as the Corporate Affairs Commission, attending meetings of corporate clients in an advisory capacity to ensure strict compliance with Nigerian corporate laws and the general norms of corporate governance, taking minutes of meetings if required, keeping and maintaining clients’ corporate books. This function is largely carried out for our clients that have foreign participation.
